Bay State Mushroom Company cultivates high-quality, specialty mushrooms such as chestnuts, oyster, and lion's mane. We offer fresh, sustainably grown produce for culinary use.
Our Mushroom CSA

Support local farms and the agriculture community. You can choose either a 4-week or 8-week option. Subscribing to our CSA guarantees you 1 pound of assorted mushrooms every week. We also include frequent free gifts and collaborations with other local farms to bring you something unique each week! Your box can be picked up at our farm or at one of our farmers markets.
